Front Elevation-Design

What we planned.
Front Elevation-Actual

How it looked on September 23

HERE WE GO! LET THE CONSTRUCTION BEGIN!
You can expect to see the dirt flying now! Bach and Company of Clayton will be the prime contractor, working from plans by architect Mike Aubertine.

The front elevation is depicted at the top of this page. You can see the floor plan by clicking here.

Well, progress has been slow. Our members have a lot on their plates during the summer, and we're still waiting for an approval for our kitchen plan. But we're progressing. It's looking like a fall opening...

Pay us a visit from time to time and we'll let you know when we're confident that we can start booking events. We'd love to host yours!

You can see the early details and progress:

It's only a hole in the ground, but it's ours! (August 2)
The basement walls are progressing. The liteform walls for the basement are complete, with the rest to be of frame construction. (August 8)
The first walls are up! Three walls are up and sheathed. The roof can't be far behind.
Things are taking shape. The exterior walls are complete, except around the main entry. On the inside, the bathroom walls have been framed. The sidewalk along the front of the building has just been finished in this shot.
Looking more like a building. As you read this, the roof has been sheathed and is ready for shingles.
